RETURNS
No returns, refunds, credit notes or exchanges for our current Archive Sale
At Camp Cove Swim, we hold great pride in the quality, workmanship and the fit of our products. We are happy to provide you with a refund or exchange when:
- A return is requested within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing customercare@campcoveswim.com
- Items are returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed and hygiene sticker in tact)
- Items are returned to our head office within 7 days (Aus orders) and 14 days for international orders once we have provided you with a return address
- Gift cards do not quality for a refund. Exchanges on items paid for using a gift card are accepted.
*No returns are to be accepted on sale or discounted items (unless defective).
*Items purchased from our 'Camp Cove Swim' opshop and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. All sales are final.
*Sunscreen cannot be returned unless faulty.
Step 1: Email customercare@campcoveswim.com to request and discuss your return. If you are requesting an exchange please list what style/size/print you would like to exchange for. We will provide our return address via email.
Step 2: Send your item/s back to us
Step 3: Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange and send you email confirmation.
*There is a $5 cancellation fee if you wish to cancel your order prior to dispatch.
