Rachael’s print has been transferred to our recycled polyester fabric in Penrith, Sydney and garments sewn in Jervis Bay, NSW. We are honoured to share in Rachael’s work and to be able to share it with you.

Anna May Henry

Anna May Henry is a Sydney based contemporary artist that works with the genre of the still life form. For our collaboration she chose to work with the medium of oil paints. The Australian native Sturt’s desert pea was the subject of Anna’s painting and print. Through her creative process she explores the blend of traditional and contemporary painting techniques with the focus light, shadows and the relationship of foreground and background.

Anna and the camp cove swim studio team worked together to transfer her work to a digital format that would make the most of the fabric medium. Rescued fabric waste and maintaining the detail and texture of the painting being our main focus. The print is available across 6 top styles, 6 bottoms, 3 full pieces, a rash shirt and a scrunchie. It was a pleasure working along side such a professional and talented artist.

Nadia was selected as the offical artist for City of Sydneys NYE 2017, her works was projected onto the harbour bridge during the celebrations.

CampCoveSwim is honoured to have collaborated with such a celebrated artist and a very special human being for our very first print collaboration.
