*END OF SEASON SALE - NO RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES*

At Camp Cove Swim, we hold great pride in the quality, workmanship and the fit of our products. We are happy to provide you with a refund or exchange when:

• A return is requested within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing customercare@campcoveswim.com 
• For orders being picked up from our Sydney warehouse, you will have 7 days to contact us to arrange a return starting from the date you collect the order. If the order has not been collected within 7 days of the 'ready to collect' date, we will begin counting the 7 day period
• Items are returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed and hygiene sticker in tact)
• Items are returned to our head office within 7 days (Aus orders) and 14 days for international orders once we have provided you with a return address
• Gift cards do not quality for a refund. Exchanges on items paid for using a gift card are accepted.

*No returns are to be accepted on sale or discounted items (unless defective).

*Items purchased from our 'Camp Cove Swim' opshop and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. All sales are final.

*Sunscreen cannot be returned unless faulty.

Step 1:  Email customercare@campcoveswim.com to request and discuss your return. If you are requesting an exchange please list what style/size/print you would like to exchange for. We will provide our return address via email.

Step 2:  Send your item/s back to us

Step 3:  Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange and send you email confirmation.

*There is a $5 cancellation fee if you wish to cancel your order prior to dispatch.
